I had an Apple TV go out over the weekend. I think it was hardware related - I tried troubleshooting it but it was fried. Anyway, I call customer service on Sunday afternoon. Dude doesn't even hesitate to replace it since it's under warranty. He sets up a return at my local UPS store. I drop it off on Monday, and it overnights to their processing facility. I receive an email Tuesday afternoon that the new one is shipping out around 4 pm, with overnight delivery! The new one is scheduled to arrive this afternoon. I mean, that's just a crazy turnaround time.
