They are coming to Tallahassee Friday, Sept 8 at Fifth and Thomas. It works out great for me because I am making the trip for that highschool team we are playing the following day, so I will be in Tally. Are there any Lucero fans in here ?

I'm a fan. The guitarist and singer Ben Nichols is the brother of Director Jeff Nichols. Jeff wrote and directed films such as Mud and Midnight Special. If you ever get a chance check out the movie Shotgun Stories. It features some of Lucero's music. That's my favorite movie he's done.

Fifth and Thomas has gotten some really good Red Dirt, Americana, and Alt Country bands. They had Turnpike Troubadours and American Aquarium, and are getting Lucero and Reckless Kelly.
