Attended a local stage production of Tommy

last night in Denver. It brought back some great memories Hard to believe we are coming up on 50 years since the Who created this rock opera!

I was lucky enough to see it twice on Broadway several years ago. I was especially lucky on the second trip when they announced that Pete Townsend would be playing the lead guitar in the orchestra, At the same time, I still believe that the Who's jam of Tommy on the "Live at Leeds" album is singularly the best rock n' roll I've ever heard.
