Bobo as a outside WR is a bad strategy

I know there is a several threads on this but it is really confusing. His strength is short to intermediate routes when he actually does catch the ball. How many times have you seen him have success on a deep out, post route, or a go route? I saw one deep pass thrown to him yesterday, and he had no separation and made no adjustment to the ball.

He potentially could be dangerous in the slot, but I just don't understand why he playing outside. I really hope someone in the media has guts and asks why aren't the bigger faster receivers playing when the current WR's aren't having much success.
