My new thing is frying up some bacon until it's just about done, draining and drying it out pretty good, then throwing in back in the pan with some Frank's Red Hot. If you've never done it, give it a try. Off the chain...

Do you just pat the bacon dry? Then put back in pan with Franks sprinkled on top? I will try this weekend.
