You don't have to use a lot. Just enough for flavor. It caramelizes in the pan...

Bruh. Got the idea when I tried some Frank's jerky. Also off the chain...

I'll give it a try. I always add some cayenne when I'm making candied bacon.

Do you just pat the bacon dry? Then put back in pan with Franks sprinkled on top? I will try this weekend.
