Marshall, Southern Miss and Old Dominion will leave early for the Sun Belt conference. They basically told Conference USA we are leaving so deal with it, breaking the C-USA by-laws along the way. It will be characterized as an undisclosed settlement but C-USA lost, in part due to sovereign immunity in their home states...

I expect the next dominos will be:

AAC schools Houston, UCF, and Cincinnati will also likely settle soon to get to the Big 12 early in 2023.
Then the B1G will likely make some big news with their new media contract/possible expansion.
Then comes the Transformation Committee proposals, Texas and OU leave early, Congress/Courts, etc.

This will all likely trickle up from the lower conferences to the bigger conferences over the next 12 months. Transformational changes are ahead. FSU's time will come...
