Saw the building of this tower on one of those documentary channels...highest residential tower in the world.
Not that I want to live there but fascinated on the cost...look at just the "monthly fees" and of course the purchase prices of some of the units.

I saw a report that said the building seats and it’s felt on the higher floors. No thanks.

There is no way. One of my many weaknesses is a fear of heights, we went to the top of the Empire State Building once and I could not go to the edge and stayed glued to the wall.

I'm curious as to how many people who own these units actually live there? So wealthy they get one for the "status" and maybe just stay there when in town?

Me too! I couldn't live on those top floors. I'd need to have curtains drawn 24/7 so I wouldn't have panic attacks. I couldn't live above the fifth floor of any building.

Forget the building, I couldn't live in the city, lol.
I couldn’t live in NYC at all. Back in the 90’s I had to go twice a year for five days for business and I couldn’t sleep for the noise. And I stayed at great hotels, too.

Yep, I'm with you on that, my big city days are over thankfully. I had stints in DC, Cleveland and Boston and conducted business in many more over the years. Thankful to live in Tally and Cville the last 40 years of my life.

NYC is going back to the 1980’s once again with the crime, they had a great run, but it’s becoming quite the crap hole again!
