China

That's hilarious and very on point as to what Trump wants to transform Mericuh into given a chance. China hasn't been "communist" in decades, with the creeping Socialism in Mericuh we're more communistic than China has been the last two or three decades. Instead it's basically a feudal society with incredibly low paid peasants who are BARELY one step above literal slaves all toiling for a handful of corporate masters.

And of course don't forget China's great environmental record. Lol.

I wish I knew how to post pictures on this site. I have a photograph my sister took of a clothing label from inside a blouse that says Ivanka Trump. With a side tag that says Made In China.
You just have to ask yourself.....Really???

Niece got an American Girl doll -- box said Made in China.
I'm not one of those gung-ho "Only Buy American" folks, but in this one instance I was like "are you f'ing serious?"

Also the video is hilarious - this man is a cartoon character.

That's why its the world's largest new car market, right? Because they're all slaves living hand to mouth?

Four years after China became the world’s largest auto market, the pace of growth has been relentless. Last year [2013], Chinese consumers bought about 2.7 million more new domestic and foreign brand vehicles than American buyers. In the first six months of this year, the Chinese market leads by almost 3.7 million.

I think you're a few decades behind with this view.
With four times they population they merely have to be 1/4 as productive as Americans to have as large an economy. When their workers are half as capitalized as our workers their economy will be twice the size of ours.
And it's really more fascism than anything else. The Party bigwigs will let you keep title the factory, etc., as long as they see a benefit in it.

And brilliant publicity stunt. He knows he'll never win in a general election, but his brand is getting pumped up throughout this process.

I truly started out thinking that, but now I'm not near as certain.
I think there is some Neil Strauss The Game aspect in this guy's style.
It is mind boggling to witness. But having seen Jay Leno take to the streets a few times and interview the crowd, I can't say he'll never win...

I feel like we're at this stage in the Road to Serfdom:

What does that say about the people who are putting him at the top of the primary polls?

Plus being a giant douche...I don't doubt he's secretly come up with a way to profit directly off of his campaign.

His riffs on women remind me of the Rank'Em threads.

"Heidi Klum...eh, wouldn't hit it, she's totally lost it. Not even close to a 10 anymore"
"Yeah, but Fiorina - what a butterface"
"Rosie O'Donnell? Yeah, I'd hit it, with a 2x4!"

I think so too, but he has gone so far I don't think he knows how to get out. And he is damaging his brand now.

No doubt. He's SO singlehandedly managed to kill off any Republican outreach to minorities (especially Latinos who SHOULD be allies not adversaries as they're as a group more religious and conservative than whites) and women that I'm starting to wonder if he isn't a Democratic plant. Basically a Democratic Party false flag operation.

Trump has proven over a long time period that in the end, he gets what he wants. His brand is being a bold, innovative, outspoken, capitalist. I don't think he's done or said anything to harm his reputation among those he does business with - they already know these things about him.

There will undoubtedly be another book coming, along with future reality TV shows, news talk show circuit, speaking engagements. There are plenty of people with plenty of money that are delighted with Trump.

It's like he knows the rules
  1. “Power is not only what you have, but what the enemy thinks you have.”
  2. “Never go outside the expertise of your people.”
  3. “Whenever possible, go outside the expertise of the enemy.”
  4. “Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.”
  5. “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.”
  6. “A good tactic is one your people enjoy.”
  7. “Keep the pressure on. Never let up.”
  8. “The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.”
  9. "The major premise for tactics is the development of operations that will maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition."
  10. “If you push a negative hard enough, it will push through and become a positive.”
  11. “The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative.”

Yeah maybe he should advocate granting amnesty to all the illegal aliens like Reagan did, will be sure to secure the majority latino vote then.
