The funny thing about a cliffjumper: if trouble is coming and there is a chance of your demise, wouldn't you rather like stay on the mountain JUST IN CASE you overcome the adversity. Like... once you jump, you being dead is like a foregone conclusion, right? Unless you're soft as play-doh, then maybe you survive? Maybe that's the logic. "I'm so soft that I can actually make the jump and live to tell about it." Although I don't think it's possible for a human being to survive being of the same composition as play-doh... Maybe it is. So much for dignity at that point . But if/when the team maybe doesn't fall apart the way you think they will... wouldn't you rather not be grasping for a ledge as your falling down the cliff in hopes to remain alive and well, despite all credibility being lost? All of this is very interesting to me. Does it feel good bashing the team you pledge your allegiance to throughout the entirety of the season even if they do fall short of your expectations? How does it feel in the event you turn out to be wrong? I'd really appreciate some hot takes from someone who believes in the whole cliffjumping thing. Perspectives are always different, so I thought I'd ask for clarification to maybe somehow understand this whole thing.

Thanks in advance!

Oh... and FMFFM ;)
