1) Please run the ball to open up the passing game. Our receivers cannot get separation quickly enough, and our o-line largely does not hold a pocket well enough to give the receivers that extra time needed to get the separation. Corbin and Ward are some of our biggest offensive assets and you forget them at times. Making defenses respect the run first will give us that edge we need to get the passing game going. Play your strengths.

2) Field position is so, so valuable and you don't seem to value it appropriately, Coach. Sometimes a coffin-corner punt is way more valuable than the risk you take on by going for in on 4th and 4 at midfield (a low chance of success play to begin with) - especially early in the game. I don't care what the "analytics" say. Please see the game film for the 2008 Champs Bowl where our punter Graham Gano was the MVP. These types of decisions are a test of patience and so far you fail this test more often than not. This also applies for your 4th down decision making in general, which arguably has cost the team games this season. Be more patient.

3) You've picked a QB and running with it - good... a two QB system largely fails and you've now recognized that. However, you need to build the offense around your personnel until you can get the recruits you need for your own system. KZ is physically limited by injury, yes, but his strengths are decision making and a quick time to ball release. He thrives on the tempo and making quick decisions. More quick routes and involvement of the TE to get coverage off our WRs would do wonders - a modified quick West Coast type offense fits the bill.

This fanbase is very passionate, but in reality way more understanding than many fanbases are. We understand this is a rebuild, and we do not have blank checks to hire whoever we want. Taggart wasn't fired because of his records, and you won't be fired for the record either. He was fired because week-to-week we saw no growth and it was plainly obvious. I see you speaking often about our players working hard to grow each week and you do seem to be a great motivational speaker, but this fanbase needs to see growth from you as well on the field.
