He played for many years in the NFL and has great contacts around college football in the south. His team has several D1 prospects and he is very involved in the process.

He told me today he talked to 2 parents that currently have kids on the Memphis team and another that was being recruited this season. Said that Norvell was genuine, very organized and exactly as he seems. All 3 families had nothing but great things to say about him and that they thought he’d be very successful at FSU. He said this was a great hire and FSU just has to give him the time and support he needs because he’s the real deal.
