I read somewhere that the other FSU players were listed as witnesses for the prosecution. Could that be true? I mean they would have to be ask "Did you see Cook hit the girl?". If they say no, why would the prosecutor want them as a witness? I'm sure there are transcripts and recording of their statements to the police. I assume there were depositions. I don't like the sound of this.
