Renewals are running high but invariably I run into an existing season ticket holder who tells me they've been priced out of their seats in Doak. It doesn't take asking but one or two questions to realize they are operating with bad or incomplete information and doesn't take me but a phone call to help them find seats that work.

In this series of stories, we start with the why changes needed to be made, why displaced season ticket holders are the only people who have been allowed to buy these west side and champions club seats thus far, and deadlines for ordering. In our next article in the series, we will explain the seat experiences and clarify the pricing for each.

In this article I note that while I haven't worked at FSU since 2019, I do work for our Osceola subscribers. So if any of you want some help understanding this process, please give me a call at 850.508.8690 or at jkutz@theosceola.com and I will help put you in touch with the right people. I just don't want a subscriber to make a decision with incomplete or inaccurate info they may regret later.

If you are an existing ticket holder who hasn't yet decided, the exclusive window of time to do so essentially ends March 5 as that's the last day to be included in the exclusive seat selection process. If you want to order these new seats but haven't had the opportunity to do so yet, please get with the ticket office before April 9 which will be the first day anyone other than existing ticket holders can buy these seats. Call 850-644-1830.
