Dalvin Cook arraignment moved

so apparently Dalvins arraignment has been pushed back by the prosecution to September 2nd. Dalvins attorney is furious and thinks this is a ploy to try and get Dalvin to accept a plea. He stated that Dalvin is not taking any plea deal and didn't touch anyone. Thoughts on this? Is there a chance that the case is wrapped up on September 2nd if there is not enough to go to trial or convict? This is BS and not fair to Dalvin if he didn't do anything wrong.
