If we gotta rebuild at the end of the year, he’s the guy. One of the best evaluators of talent, with both players and assistant coaches. Has recruited FL for decades, he took the kids we didn’t want and developed them. And his teams are DISCIPLINED and Football players, not just raw athletes. His playbook requires mental acuity, attention to detail. And his S&C coach is fantastic, a guy I’ve wanted here forever. These are the things our program is lacking, right now.
Get it done decision makers! Give him what he wants and who he wants and let’s start this rebuild, end of season.
