For all the conspiracy theorists who say this has been in the works for a while, well then why hasn’t he signed the contract? For all those saying relationships have to be mended and Jimbo essentially has to crawl back on his hands and knees, well he’s owed 40 million. Dude can do whatever the hell he wants no matter whose feelings are hurt.
There is no sense of urgency... if Thrasher (the only person other than Jimbo who really matters in the least in this situation) didnt think there was a good chance JF is the coach next year the plug would have been pulled.
I see a lot of people who have been waiting on his demise come out of the wood work lately telling everyone what they should think about the situation. Reading between the lines (media appearences, recruiting, timing) I see us having a lot of turnover next year (which we all knew anyway) but still think Jimbo is in G&G.
He’d be a fool not to be and only a fool would let him go. My 2 cents.
