Cook's attorneys seemed to make a point to make sure potential jurors understood this case was different than the DeAndre Johnson case with the video that was out there for everyone to see. I have to wonder if it was part of the strategy to select jurors that had seen that video as they seemed to push the idea that a closed fist punch from a 215 lb football player would cause more damage than just a split lip.
Any juror that had seen the DeAndre video could easily have reasonable doubt based on that statement alone. As unfortunate as the DJ incident was, I wonder how much that video helped Dalvin?
