I certainly believe he has the capacity to. I don't stay up at night worrying about it as there's nothing I can do about it currently. But the US arsenal is more than enough to essentially end humanity and we've already had a couple of his four stars go on record saying if he ordered the launches they would send them without hesitation regardless of the situation.

Meanwhile what is Lil Kim going to do to me? He's not going to nuke Tally with his 3-5 small nukes. At worst he'll kill millions of Koreans and Japanese and MAYBE destroy some Americans in spots I'm nowhere near, cause stocks to fall for a couple of years and maybe add enough radiation to the atmosphere to decrease my lifespan by a couple of minutes...tops. So while tremendously sad (and I would be as sad about the millions of Koreans and Japanese (and possibly Americans)) it wouldn't really effect me much. OD2S however could kill me and everyone I love because he throws a fit.

Lol please. There is very obviously a huge difference between people dying you don't know versus you and everyone you know dying. If you don't think there's a difference than you're too delicate of a flower to survive on your own.
