If this has already been talked about on the board, I apologize.....but did anyone notice ESecPN's seeming fascination with Maurice Clarett's talk to FSU's football team the other day? College Football Live and CFB Daily - which air back-to-back - both did a fairly lengthy segment on it.....both!
The best part was how their talking heads framed it.......FSU is a near-out-of-control program and it's about time they started seriously addressing the off-the-field behavior issues they've had the past couple of years. Never mind that Jimbo has always had individuals come and talk to the team quite often about making good choices.
Clarett has and will continue to speak to various football teams this Autumn. I wonder if ESecPN will devote two whole segments on Clarett's visit and talk when he goes and speaks at Alabama, Auburn, Georgia - or wherever his next stops are.
Anyone who believes that ESecPN does not have a hit-and-run agenda when it comes to FSU football is kidding themselves. These segments equate to more than just getting viewers to stay tuned because of FSU's general popularity. I think it's pretty obvious that certain decision-makers at ESecPN just do not like FSU's football program.
