Click-bait at it's worst. ESPN writer McGee now says the Big 10 is the dominant conference in college football. What?
Reasons:
1. Mighty Michigan State defeats Oregon, 31-28, thanks to the Oregon QB missing a wide-open receiver for a TD with 1:10 to play in the 4th quarter.
2. Mighty Ohio State, fresh off victories over awesome Virginia Tech and the always powerful Hawaii!
McGee says the Big 10 is "copying the SEC model" of having 2 great teams in the SEC (Alabama + someone), plus lots of easy in-conference victories. Of course, this is the opposite of what ESPN has been saying for a decade - that ALL SEC in-conference victories were "quality wins."

Brutal week for the Big 10

Penn State loses to TEMPLE for the first time in 41 years, 27-10.
Wisconsin pounded by Bama on national TV, 35-17
Nebraska loses to BYU, 33-28.
Purdue loses to Marshall, 41-37.
Minnesota loses to TCU, 23-17.
