I found a site that has combine results, so I thought it'd be interesting to see how the 2017 guys have done compared to FSU players over the last 18 years. A lot of folks seem disappointed with 40 times, so here's the top 20 40 times for FSU players at the NFL combine since 1999:

40 Times (these are ONLY NFL combine 40's):

Willie Reid - 4.34
Ronald Darby - 4.38
Javon Walker - 4.38
Jalen Ramsey - 4.41
Laveranues Coles - 4.41
Terrence Brooks - 4.42
Chris Thompson - 4.42
Leon Washington - 4.42
Pat Watkins - 4.42
Xavier Rhodes -4.43
Rufus Brown - 4.43
Kermit Whitfield - 4.44
Talman Gardner - 4.44
Travis Minor - 4.44
Patrick Robinson - 4.46
Lorenzo Booker - 4.46
Antonio Cromartie - 4.47
Jerome Carter - 4.47
Karlos Williams - 4.48

FSU Pro Day 40's that would qualify:
Derrick Gibson - 4.45
Mario Edwards - 4.46
Nick Waisome - 4.48

40's I thought were interesting:
Ernie Sims - 4.50
Snoop Minnis - 4.57
DeVonta Freeman - 4.58
EJ Manuel - 4.65
Travis Rudolph - 4.65
Anquan Boldin - 4.72
Nick O'Leary - 4.93

Other interesting notes:

Rod Johnson coming in at 298 is the lightest of any FSU offensive lineman since 1999. Hudson was 299.

We've had 12 RB's/FB's invited to the combine. Leon Washington & Chris Thompson were the fastest (4.42) while Wilder is the slowest (4.86). Dan Kendra outran Wilder with a 4.84. Dalvin's 30.5" vertical is the worst of any RB. Only Lonnie Prior (30) & Freddie Stevenson (28) jumped less. Chris Thompson did not jump. Cook did tie Freeman with a 116" broad jump. The best was Wilder & Booker at 121. Out of the 8 RB's who did the shuttle, Dalvin is next to last at 7th (4.53), just ahead of Pryor (4.55). Booker, Kendra, Travis Minor, and Chris Thompson did not participate. The top 3-cone goes to Wilder (6.92). Dalvin is also behind Leon, Freeman, and Karlos. Not bad company there.

We've had 17 WR's invited to the combine. Willie Reid was the fastest (4.34); Anquan was the slowest (4.72); Kermit and Bobo are the 2 shortest; only 3 were 6'4 or taller (Rodney Smith, PK Sam, & KB)

Brodrick Bunkley pushed up 44 Bench Reps, by far our most. The next was Mario Edward, Jr. (32); Cam Erving (30) & Montrae Holland (30).

Jalen was our best jumper, with a 41.5" vertical. We've had some crazy jumpers though: Darby (also 41.5); ERNIE SIMS! (41!!!!); Pat Watkins (41); Xavier Rhodes (40.5); Dekoda Watson (40); PJ Williams (40).

Jalen also had the best broad jump at 135. Second? Dekoda Watson! (134!!).

The best shuttle run will surprise everybody: Michael Boulware at 3.96. Dalvin's reported 4.53 is 53rd out of FSU players since 1999, behind Jameis (4.36); Bjoern Werner (4.4); Markus White (4.51).

Chris Davis flew through the 3-cone test at 6.66 seconds. Kind of weird, Christian Ponder is the 4th fastest at 6.85. Dalvin ran a 7.27, which puts him at #36 on the list of FSU players.

This data is from nflcombineresults.com & I spot checked it to NFL combine google searches to verify accuracy.
