Many others such as Kermit Whitfield, Kenny O'Neal, Phillip Riley, Jalen Ramsey, Xavier Rhodes, Jessie "the Jet" Hester, Javon Walker, Leon Washington, Tony Carter etc, but the above would be my top 5. Walter Dix is faster than all of them, but he is a track star only. Who do you consider the fastest?
