Hearing this could become very relevant once the B1G/Alliance new TV agreement is finalized. These games are at risk if the B1G, FSU and the SEC don't all play nice...

FSU-Alabama (2025-2026)
Has a clause that keeps either party from paying a breach of contract penalty for backing out of the game for things out of their control.
Conference realignment or scheduling changes could affect the Florida State deal: “The teams acknowledge the long-term nature of football schedule planning and that conference rules, including the requirement to play a minimum number of games each season within their respective conferences, as well as the prospect that conference alignments could change, dictating that a game cannot be played during the 2025 or 2026 seasons. Accordingly, should this occur, the teams agree to discuss in good faith a future date(s) for the game(s) to be played.”

FSU-Georgia (2027-2028):
"Unless there is a mutual consent, it will cost $2 million for a school to cancel a game in the Florida State series and $3 million for a cancellation of the second game if it follows the completion of the first game.
If both games are cancelled, that school would owe $4 million, according to the liquidated damages provision of the agreement."
