FYI, Ponce Inlet condo has been sold

Since quite a few of you have stayed there and I've had several inquiries from folks wanting to stay there for Spring Break or this Summer, I wanted to let everyone know I sold it and it closed on February 27th so I no longer have it available to rent.

Glad to be done with it.....took a big hit on repair assessments and won't miss the monthly payments or taxes.

Thanks to all who stayed there and kept it in good shape.

We are going to sell our condo. It brings in over 30,000 a year consistently but I can sell it now at a good profit.

If I recall his link was active for just over a day then the host shut the site down due to all the traffic

What it brings in is a worthless number. What is the net? If $30K is the net, you're stupid to sell.
