It's seemed to be trending this way for a bit, but now it's officially official. Former FSU standout James Ramsey is Georgia Tech's new head baseball coach, replacing Danny Hall who retired after 32 years with the Yellow Jackets.
Ramsey just wrapped up his seventh season as the GT hitting coach. Now, he's the head coach of a team he grew up in proximity to as an Alpharetta, Ga. native.
That's now three former FSU players holding head coaching positions in the ACC between Link Jarrett at FSU, Mike Bell at Pitt and Ramsey in Atlanta.
