Every time I see this billboard I think this guy looks like he does the procedure in a windowless van in the KMart parking lot.

I had it done a year and half ago. Unfortunately I was one that had complications. It was incredibly painful and lasted for weeks after with tons of swelling. Did I mention how painful it was?

I wondered about the no needle, no scalpel part, so I made the mistake of watching a video on youtube. They basically shove needle nose pliers into your sack and spread them.
