Girl has already hired a civil attorney. It's all about the money!

If only it could have been introduced at trial or if she could be asked about it. That may answer the question of WHY she did this? Her motives seem pretty obvious, otherwise what "damages" did she suffer that she needs a civil attorney. What a joke.

Obviously it didn't matter as the jury took almost no time to return the not guilty verdict, bust still, it would have shown what she is really all about. Funny she bragged about how rich she is but needs to pull these stunts to try to get other people's money

If filing a civil law suit was the motivation, that's really trolling to bottom of the barrel. I've seen some weak civil cases, but there are literally no damages here. She didn't even treat for her injuries so there are no economic damages. You all thought this criminal case was weak, the civil case would be even weaker in terms of damages.

Yeah I think singleshot posted earlier today ... When she was on the stand, her attorney was tweeting about how credible she was. Amateur hour for the ambulance chaser .... Money grab 2.0
Clownish stuff. He was tweeting during the trial and now he has deleted the tweet about his client being a credible witness but can't escape the screenshot from before he did it.

How can you sue someone who found not guilty of battery against you? Doesn't make sense to me. If DC was innocent, who did it? Who does she sue if she can't sue him? TIA. Go Noles!

Does she have a realistic shot at winning? She was drinking, has no credible witness, was an aggressor, shown that she hit someone and her story has was inconsistent.

Dalvin should sue her as well.

Travis Rudolph should sue her.

Wait, that guy is a criminal defense attorney? I'm confused.

Cooks attorney says they are expecting a civil suit. It's been obvious from the begging she was after a deal and money. All FSU players need to watch putting themselves in bad situations. They all smell the money!
That guy works with Nancy Grace on headline news. He's not a member of the Florida Bar. He was there for the story, not as her counsel I think. He doesn't do this kind of work, he represents people charged with crimes.

Sounds like a big douche!

Good luck with that.....she had a split lip and no proof it was dalvin. Even if he didnit.....what kind of payout does a split lip get you.

She was back out in the clubs 3 days after the incident in question.
I saw somewhere that she is already being sued by two FSU players. That may being the reason for the attorney and his tweeting.

I guess somehow she fooled him. It all happened so fast, he went from "my client is credible", to "dang, how the heck we get those tweets off social media".

He probably sped off in the car quicker than she could catch up! "Wait, Mr. McDonough!!!" (His car) Vroooommmmm!! Skeeeerrrrrttttt!!
