Willie has taken terrible programs and made them winners.
Willie needs at least four full seasons to turn things around with his recruits.
Willie is a good guy, he’s a lifelong FSU fan and you should respect him for that.

Willie is cool, hip, and funny. The players love him.
Playing music at practice is cool, doesn’t distract the players at all.
Willie’s teams are the most penalized every place he has coached, but it’s not his fault, that’s on the players.
