Got Carnival (Mardi Gras) starting this weekend

Man, Carnival is early this year. I guess Good Friday is in March. Heading to NOLA Friday for a thing at Muriel's in Jackson Square. We were going to ride in a Krewe with some friends, but didn't get our "donation" in on time. weather has been too cold for to get the quality mud bugs....but probably do a little Mardi Gras themed food for the Super Bowl.

Anyone doing anything.

I’m too busy this year with the move to a new house to head over this year. But I did see that four of the “best” strip clubs including Ricks and Hustler’s Barely Legal were shut down by the city about a week before Mardi Gras.

Heading over next Thursday night after work and staying until Sunday. Too busy at work to justify more than a day, but man I can’t wait. Tired of getting my balls busted at work and a weekend in NOLA is badly needed.
