What's on the Easter dinner menu? We're smoking a standing rib roast and having a ham too (my wife likes the traditional foods) with too many sides. The prime rib will be cooking away while we're at church.

Not sure on food

Heading to our place outside Okee on the Kissimmee river

Sunrise the sun shines straight down the river, it’s golden and beautiful

We have a point on the river where it oxbows

I’m setting up to hold a big sunrise service next year

I also want to open the place up to other churches to hold once a month baptisms in the Kissimmee

Of course it would an all day event with food, fellowship etc

The retirement community next door has been bugging me to do it so it’s time

Itch is excited about this

If the board would like I could supply a pic of the view
