I read a post on here today where someone replied about us whiffing on our first three choices at each coaching position.
So by that logic if I interview 15 people for a position with my company and you interview 5th I whiffed on 4, I settled for you and 10 whiffed on the job? Or would it be I whiffed on 14 and settled for you? Did you ever think the guy you want most might have other appointments and not interview until later? Not to mention, if you have access to coaches interviewing schedule why don't you post more valuable info for us?
The lack of logic here often surprises me. I think some of you are either 12, have never had a career or are in a job you hate and have never been a leader at any level be that a sports team or career.
I'm really liking these hires so far and can't wait to see what coach T can do with them on the recruiting trail and on the field!
