Man o man, can’t beleive I’ve never done steak this way

My daughter told me about it

Put some honey on that steak whole pan searing or grilling and it puts a nice glaze on it!

Unbelievable taste!

Anybody in the LR do steak this way?

My parents marinate flank steak in a soy sauce, onion, garlic and honey marinade. It's good stuff.
“don't let 'em give you any of that flank steak bullsh—. You know what I mean? Try the London Broil.”

Nope but I too buy good steaks. I did have a friend that put syrup with mushrooms on his steak but that was about 30 years ago and he was poor back then.

When I worked at Del Frisco’s I had a guy ask for a sugar coating before a Pittsburgh char. We tried a ribeye the same way after he left it wasn’t that bad
