Meh...we eat kolaches, so it's similar to that. My little girl would probably love it and it's the type of high-calorie food that we are supposed to buy for her. Unfortunately, we end up eating the bad stuff as well....

I know my mother has a tough time finding Ellio's frozen pizza in Florida (I think she said that she can find the singles every now and then at Food Lion or another chain), but I grew up on those. When I got out of school, she would be working so it was easy for me to throw a pizza in the oven before practice or a game. Of course I would top the pizza with a couple of sliced Schonland's (a regional brand name natural casing hot dog) hot dogs, I loved those things!

The Pizza Hut pizzas don't look appetizing at all, especially the pretzel crust pizzas.

My wife and I tried their "new pizzas" once, getting the Cherry Pepper Bombshell which had the Asiago crust and a balsamic glaze and the Pretzel Piggy which had the "pretzel crust" and found them both pretty awful. It didn't help that we had literally just taken a weeklong trip around the midAtlantic and had both fantastic top 20-50 pizza in Philly and real pretzel crust pizza in some town in between Wilks Barre and Harrisburg where it had been invented And where pretzel crust pizza is the regional delicacy.

So I'm not holding out high hopes for the hot dog pizza. BUT...Pizza Hut is where I got my my very first job (waiter) so I give it more credit than it probably deserves and still like the occasional thin with double pepperoni or pepperoni and anchovy and my wife loves the pan or cheese stuffed pizza with BBQ.

That honestly would be awesome to eat of it actually looked like this picture. What you'll end up getting is a dried out, yet soggy, mass of flavorless crust and chemical cheese/grade F meats.

I've had the Pizza Hut with pretzel crust, the crust was good, the pizza so so. Pizza Hhut lost me wehn the stopped the "original Thich N Chewey" pizza way back when, probably in 1975 it was. I googled it and found it. Best damn pizza ever. I was devasted when it went away. Pan pizza sucks, no where close to the old 1975 original PH thick n chewy!

I had given up on PH but did find the Pretzel Crust to be pretty good. The rest of the pizza still sucks.
