are you saying the LR accounts for half the page views on all WC? there is no way that is true, just take a look at the activity on the TC and compare it to here.

I recall when that "popularity meter" spear used to accompany the board listing (pre te LR/RC split and there were still all the different free boards). The LR was typically the most popular board on the site, edging the TC. I wouldn't be surprised to find the LR drives at least 35% of the board traffic.

That was my guess as well. That make us worth $630,000...not to bad!

While we make up a large number of hits, I don't think the pages we visit have any advertising on them anymore. At least I don't see any.

Not sure we're raking in the dough for Warchant. I've seen other message boards have pop-up ads for their free message boards, annoying as hell but I'm sure it makes them some money off the "Free" boards.

I would expect the free portion of the site to have more lurkers and views overall.

I wasn't being serious either when I made my comments. I was just posting because it was interesting. I have no idea what the site is really worth or how accurate that report actually is.

Now the real reason I was looking for a place to post.......

I thought your comments about the 'Ladies night out' WRT our athletic Dept staff rang 100% true. I've seen that same situation and I didn't think it was exaggerated at all. Only that it was her is surprising. Apparently somebody was not the person she appeared to be with the public face she put on. I'm sad for him. He's a workaholic but a very good man. I guess we better not get any more specific than that.

Very sad to see this happen. I don't know much about either one of the individuals involved other than what I shared earlier. So you never really know the whole truth, but nonetheless, sucks for all members involved.
