If 50+ years old

So, almost two weeks in with the dietition and I have dropped almost 10lbs total although the second week has slowed down a spell. The dietitian actually added 800-1000 calories per day for me. I was eating around 1500 or so. I was shocked and emailed her asking if it was right when I saw how many calories I was to consume. Turns out I was starving myself or so thats how my body had been reacting anyway. I am feeling it when I work out too. More energy for sure.
