.....then Norvell is potentially a much worse talent / position evaluator then I envisioned....and we're screwed. If Milton is hurt I get it, but if the concept is to to only use one or the other as "the bridge" to a more talented QB, then Norvell is a buffoon. We can't keep switching between QB's and expect to improve incrementally, which is necessary to move this team to the next level. I fear Norvell and his staff simply aren't competent enough to take our storied program to the level (which we expect and are accustomed). This is as painful as hearing finger nails on a chalkboard.
