If you like Dos Equis...

Everything has a time and place. When a friend wants to buy me Hooters wings to thank me for helping him move, then I see nothing wrong with a Dos.

if that's all it takes to get you to help me move. Can you be in Atlanta next Friday?

You're a better friend than me, and your friend is a worse friend than I'd ever be.

Hooters and Dos Equis in exchange for help moving?! That's a pitiful way of saying thanks.

Tower on Piedmont has a quarter leg of tropicalia for $121, if you're interested. No cans yet, although when I visited they had their own cannery so I believe they are coming. I've been enjoying grapefruit sculpin and Transmigration of souls...I'm brewing a Citra session IPA this weekend...

The can release party for Atlanta distributors was this weekend. Not sure what that translates to in terms of cans on shelves though.

I hung out with the brewers and CEO at the brewery back in February and they're all very excited about the explosive growth they've enjoyed. At that point they were just fighting to keep up with Athens demand for canned product but had had two new tanks delivered that week and expected for us to see cans in stores late March / early April.

Great group of guys, and I hope they're as successful as they want to be. Really great product.

Speaking of beer snobbery...the other night I was out after a long day in the turkey woods. The waitress automatically runs through this long list of imports and micro-brews. I'd finally had enough...just bring me a Bud. Would you like your Bud Light on tap or in the bottle? Bud...just plain Bud...in a bottle. We over-complicate everything in life...even our beer drinking.
