You better start supporting Norvell because we are on the Norvell train whether you like or not. If he fails this program is screwed. We cannot afford firing another coach from a financial or reputation perspective. So all the people who are complaining and spewing negativity since the day he was hired are only increasing his chances of failure. Taggarts tenure was a disaster but what made it a guaranteed failure was the fan base turning on him. People on this board are already turning on Norvell for Sims and the hire of an assistant. Norvells chances of failure, increase significantly if fans are ready to turn on him every time they disagree with his decisions. If he fails, we fail so just calm down, stay off twitter, and let the man work.
