So his arraignment has been pushed back until Sept 2, so does this mean that this is the date that the suspension could be lifted or will he have to wait until the actual trial after the arrainment to find out if he is found guilty or not? If he has to wait then wouldn't it be most likely he misses the entire season? I hope somehow the attorneys can bring to light that Meggs doesn't have a case.
