I think the takeoff from John Wayne Airport in Orange County comes the closest.

I like the large windows in the 787 but not having a full sunshade is a bit annoying.

At John Wayne in the 757, we would pull the nose up to 22* nose high to 800' and then lower it to 12* when the throttles came back for noise abatement.

That airshow airplane went about 70* nose high (momentarily).

I fly a lot and I hate every second of it. I have to take an Adavan just to get on a plane.

If the pilot took off that way, I'd drop kick him upon landing.
