The top recruiting schools have the biggest and most well organized recruiting organizations in CFB. So, here is one more BIG PRESENTATION THE COACHES NEED TO MAKE. They need to go to the admin (especially Coburn) and lay out a well thought out plan that includes all the costs necessary for ramping up the RECRUITING ORGANIZATION.
Their first step should be to identify which Big Time Donors would be willing to spend more money to build a first class, state of the art Recruiting Organization. Examples: Go through step by step and estimate how many 4* & 5*'s could be added by increasing the number of Recruiting Organizational Staff, adding more computers and spending more money on IT and Analytics and other things.
In other words, lay out a well organized spending plan backed by certain Big Time Donors that would make a compelling presentation for the admin and particularly for an accountant like Coburn.
That would give FSU Recruiting a real Power Boost now and in the future.....Big Time.
