Invoke legal "Contract Impossibility"

These contract laws come in to play when it's 'impossible' to perform the original contract. Contracts can be voided when conditions change so significantly that it's impossible for one or both parties to execute. Seems like FSU and Clemson should explore the legal application (in contract law). It is used more frequently than you might imagine.
