JMU, who had filed a lawsuit against the NCAA because the NCAA was following NCAA rules, LOST Saturday to Appalachian State, 26-23, ending JMU's undefeated season. Newly defeated, JMU dropped the ill-fated lawsuit. On a positive note, JMU was informed that if one of the 82 bowl spots goes unfilled this year, JMU would be eligible. Congrats, JMU!
