Maybe he should have stayed and finished his degree, then he may have taken a few science class and been educated on the matter.
How is that? Would his degree or those science classes make him believe in the vaccine or the mandates?

I don’t disagree with some of what he’s said about having immunity since he had COVID. The research on how much different the vaccine is vs acquired immunity due to infection is pretty murky it seems.

Please tell me what exactly you learned in your undergraduate science courses at FSU that would refute anything from his stated position on the vaccine.

There are studies that show the immune response some 17 years later in original SARS-Cov patients is still robust. I believe it was stated that SARS-Cov and SARS-Cov-2 are 99% equal.

Studies from people infected March through May of 2020 continue to show robust immune response particularly in T-Cells.

of course this all very much depends on if someone actually had COVID or if they popped a symptomless PCR positive. I wouldn’t feel particularly confident in immune response absent symptoms.

Here is the quote i was looking for. I overshot a bit but was going from memory. Study was conducted by the US military.

“ SARS-CoV-2 shares 94.4% genome sequence identity with SARS-CoV but is most closely related to the bat SARSr-CoV RaTG13, sharing 96.2% sequence identity and 97% amino acid identity with the RaTG13 spike glycoprotein. “
