Bought some Arthur Bryant's sauce, tried a small bit, it sucked and threw it in the trash. I Just don't understand the craze of strong vinegar based BBQ sauce.

Yes, but AB's sauce has a high content of vinegar, which is why I also don't like Carolina BBQ.

The Classic Cookie -- suspect lunch would be good, if you don't want to BBQ twice.

I agree -- Joe's Kansas City is the best BBQ in KC

Wow. KC BBQ is legit.

Joes brisket sandwich and sauce was awesome.

Jack stacks meat was great, but their sides were impressive. Baked beans and cheesy corn and potato bake. Burnt ends were as good as published. Sauces not as good as Joes.
