In the DA's closing argument she said Dalvin's lack of cooperation in the investigation was an indicator of his guilt. Since when is a defendants 5th amendment right to not incriminate himself an indication of "guilt". In the remote miraculous chance that DC was convicted, wouldn't have that false and inflammatory statement been grounds for winning an appeal? Frigging DA's office is a bunch of amateurs
