You will be the first one to complain when those like yourself refuse to get it and we continue to get killed economically and socially. You just complain about the problem but completely dismiss any solution.
I get the flu vaccine because I had the flu years ago and don't want it again. So far, so good. I got the shingles vaccine because I have had the virus and it is brutal. So far, so good. I will get the covid vax because I don't want to catch the virus, know people who have been in vaccine trial and trust that companies like Pfizer and Moderna are putting out something efficacious. I also believe it is the quickest and safest way to control a highly contagious virus that would keep locked down to a certain extent otherwise.

Very well said, and as with any novel virus, lifetime immunity isn’t a sure thing...not even close.

Same is true for the flu and why there is an annual vaccine. The virus mutates each year.
