Love the headline from my hometown paper......

He had a volunteer position on our board 18 years ago and the media makes it sound current.

No need to explain. It's damn near impossible to know what a person really is and we all have our stories about volunteers that turn out to be awful people. I've seen a guy get busted as a child molester that ran youth leagues and a boys club. I'm pretty sure he used to play basketball at Gulf Coast. There was no way anyone could know.

There are some sick people out there and they are experts at hiding it.

I can't pull up the article. Can someone just give me his name?

Would be better is the sentences were consecutive. He was already sentenced to 5 years for breaking his parole. Seems like he's getting a free pass on the child abuse.

PANAMA CITY — A one-time prominent member of the Tallahassee business and sports communities has been sentenced to five years in prison for forcing a child to eat feces as a form of potty training punishment, according to court records..............

Reinhard had at one time been a chairman of the Florida State University Seminole Booster board. He was revered at FSU football games, where he sat in a private skybox, drove luxury cars and owned beach houses.

Ought to let the child's father beat the sh** out of him. Then again, the reporter didn't seem to try to locate him, even though the mother said she witnessed it happen twice. Wonder who reported it.

I grew up and lived in PC most of my life. I don’t know the guy. I used to go to a lot of the PC Seminole Club events as well. I’m guessing he was well past his prime.

"Not a lot, just a little piece. I'm sayin', Easy Wind is a lyin' moon cricket. But maybe on this one, he wasn't really lyin', 'cause I did it. For a small nickel. See, see, he leaves that part out. Five yards man. And it was only a little bitty piece of crap. I mean, it didn't really have no taste, either. Spongy."

A brown boy!

Back to the article. 5 years. Doesn't feel like enough, but I don't know what the right amount is.

His dad coached my Little League baseball team way back when. I never knew the guy myself but my mom mentioned that Bobby Bowden was one of the ones he defrauded several years ago. He apparently did a stint in prison for his run of fraudulent activities and met this woman and her kid after his release.
