i remember discussing this here a while back. Authorities have arrested and charged a man in connection with the series of shootings in the Malibu Creek parklands.

So how’d they come to suspect this was the guy? Story doesn’t really go into any detail on how they figured it out.

From what I can gather from the various reports, several people reported this guy for walking around in the area near the park with a rifle and attempting to steal food from vending machines.
