Kudos on Super Bowl weekend to one of my favorite Noles - a Nole that deserves more attention - a Nole that keeps on achieving.
Martin serves as vice president for player personnel for the SF 49ers, he formerly worked as director of football operations for the NY Giants and for 15-years with the Detroit Lions including as general manager.
Did I mention as a 10th round selection he spent eight years in the NFL including starting corner for the Super Bowl winning Washington Redskins? And how he completed a law degree at Georgetown after the end of his playing days?
This guy is 5'8" 170 pounds, a four-year FSU football starter from 1983-1987, a member of the track team, a proud son of Daytona Beach and Tallahassee Florida High graduate.
